Karlis is a well-known musician, and over the years I have had the pleasure of photographing many of his concerts and creative projects.

His family is just as creative — his daughter is a dancer and choreographer, and I have also photographed her during her dance performances.

So when they asked me to photograph them together as a family, it felt like a natural continuation of our long creative collaboration.

For this session, we went to the seaside and kept things simple and natural. No complicated posing — just their family, their connection and a beautiful setting by the water.

I love photographing families who have their own character and story. And this family is a perfect example of how creativity can be part of everyday life.
